Hamp focuses on customized solutions for each client’s unique situation.
Hamp began his career in the financial services industry in 1995 trading commodity futures on the floor of the Kansas City Board of Trade. In 1999, he joined AG Edwards (acquired by Wells Fargo in 2009) to focus on the financial planning needs of his clients. In 2004, Hamp partnered with Fred Gollier. Chris Waters joined the team in 2008, forming The Gollier, Henning & Waters Group. In the spring of 2014 the group moved its financial practice to Baird and joined the Kansas City team.
Active in the community, Hamp is a former board chair of the Catholic Education Foundation, is involved with Cure of Ars Parish, and supports the Heartland Chamber Music Academy. Hamp lives in Leawood, Kansas and enjoys biking, sports, and playing music with his wife, Nikki, and their four children Nelle, Hampy, Gunnar, and Teddy.
